The Kaysville City Center Plan builds on the preferred city center concept from the 2022 General Plan, focusing on a mix of uses, human-scaled design, enhanced walkability and safety, and historic preservation. While some initial efforts have been made to revitalize the Main Street area, the Kaysville City Center Plan is a separate document that further explores previous strategies and defines a clear vision for implementing the elements outlined in the City’s 2022 General Plan. This plan will guide City staff and elected officials in shaping a vibrant, user-friendly city center.

Our goal is to thoughtfully translate community needs — incorporating input from residents, stakeholders, and business owners — to ensure the City Center embraces its role as the heart of Kaysville and a pillar of community life. It will foster social connection, support economic growth, and strengthen Kaysville's unique identity, while balancing historic preservation with appropriately scaled commercial and residential development.
