Highlights from Survey 2:

• Small-scale housing options like cottage courts and patio homes are favored.
• Strong preference for Main Street–style shops over strip commercial.
• Desire for gathering places such as patios, a town square, and pocket parks.
• Need for better parking and safer crossings to improve access.
• Strong support for local shops, family activities, and community events to reinforce Kaysville’s identity.

As the heart of "Utah’s Hometown," Kaysville's City Center is a place where tradition meets opportunity. The 2022 General Plan identified a preferred downtown concept and area for preserving community character while enhancing walkability, economic vitality, and public spaces. Now, we want to hear what matters most to you.
